End grain construction not only creates less wear on expensive cutlery, but integral to the design is a seal healing property that resist knife marks, leaving your cutting board looking like new time after time. All of Proteak’s cutting boards are constructed entirely out of FSC-certified teak from our environmentally managed plantations.
